The very first stage of consultancy provided by BlueStone involves a thorough analysis of your company's requirements, which will result in a detailed "Business Process Analysis".
Our revolutionary flexible consultancy method means that we are constantly learning about your company and how you can best use the software through software modelling and training right up to the point of "going live". From this on going consultation, a detailed analysis will be provided (divided into system modules). This document will be used by our support consultants to help resolve any issues which may arise on your system in the future.
