Distribution Datasheets

Distribution forms the backbone of the Sapphire system and contains the Stock Control, Sales Order Processing and Purchase Order Processing Modules. This set of modules completely replace the need for the distribution system within Sage. There are a number of advantages of this which can be viewed on the Sapphire Manufacturing detail page. The datasheets below detail much of the powerful functionality within Sapphire such as the Sales Order Processing Cycle.

Manufacturing Datasheets

Manufacturing within the Sapphire System is made up of Bill of Materials, Estimating and Works Order Processing. In addition to these modules Sapphire also has a module for MRP (Material Requirements Planning) for more advanced system requirements. The following datasheets detail the operation of many processes within Works Order Processing such as Make to Stock and Make to Sales Order.
