Fixes for SMS Sapphire Manufacturing
Please find the latest service pack of SMS Sapphire Manufacturing v10R for Sage Line 100 below. To upgrade to the latest service pack first unzip this file into your svnstore folder. Five folder will be created named s1 through to s5. Log onto Sage Line 100 with username MANAGER and select the option External Update then Import a database. When prompted for the location of the folder type in the location of the s1 folder e.g. "s:\svnstore\s1". Repeat this process for each of the folders. When asked if you want the Data Dictionary to be rebuilt always answer no.
