Support for Business & Manufacturing Software
Our commitment to our customers does not end at the completion of the deployment stage of the project. We understand that the software we provide is business critical to our customers and so we see on-going support as an essential part of the services that we provide. The supported products include our Sapphire Manufacturing package as well as Sage Line 100 and Sage MMS.
Support is provided via the telephone, email, fax and remote access. Remote Access technologies employed include VPN, Terminal Server and Symantec PcAnywhere. These remote access technologies allow us to diagnose and therefore fix problems more quickly than an on-site service would allow.
We offer a 9:00 to 5:30 support service which lets our customers get straight in touch with our support team to diagnose and resolve any problems they may have with solutions provided by us. We don't have an automated call queuing system because we don't believe in them, when you call us you speak to someone immediately. Contracted support is offered at a fixed cost per annum.
